There were conflicting reports about what happened: Alex and his son had been drinking and, as they saw it, they were just having fun and being a little rowdy. They believe the police and club security over-reacted. The police saw it differently, believing Alex and his son were creating a disturbance and when they refused to calm down, the police had to tase them. In the end, the case was settled with a plea deal, and neither Alex nor his son served any jail time. But to this day, Alex believes he and his son were treated unfairly and that the entire situation should have been handled much differently.
