because when you cook them then there young and tender flesh becomes a nice sweet and succulent but slightly chewy combination of a hot dog and pork chop kind of flavour. however if you deep fry them then they become nice and golden crispy you can simply break of large pieces and eat them they basically taste like fried chicken i would recommend slowly roasting them over an open fire because they get a nice smokey flavour. you may want to cook certain limbs of the baby to create different dishes such as removing the testicles and deep frying them it resembles that of meat balls yum yum yum.
however they do taste nice raw
