Many different reason apply to this but the female bathrooms tend to be more of a chill spot and not all the time female enter a bathroom they actually use the bathroom some females like alone time or perhaps just want to privately sit and go on their phones however some younger females perhaps in school may like just chatting, taking selfie’s etc.
serious reasons however could be due to female menstruation or fixing up hair or makeup, it usually just feels a lot safer and calm when a friends with you because sometimes being in the bathrooms trying to fix your hair or makeup may not feel as normalised or comfortable around strangers.

∙ 8y agoIt is a habit among many women to wait until they're in pain to finally go. A ladies' room at midday lunch break reveals this with the gushing that goes on, to put it crudely. It is unhealthy, but women will continue to do this because it is anatomically easier for a male to urinate than for a female. So busy women hold back until it hurts, which damages the bladder structure over time and causes rampant UTIs that usually go untreated. Eventually this can lead to kidney problems, as some of my friends have already found out the hard way. Don't do this!
