It would make for a much more competitive league and would give all 30 teams a fair and equal chance to win every year. Instead of having the same teams win the World Series every year (new York, Boston, philly, ) it would almost guaruntee that you would see someone new win almost every year. It done wonders for the Nhl and I can almost promise if MLB had a salary cap there revenue would sky rocket. Hey even I might watch.
