Why do you have gospel in The Bible?

The word "gospel" was introduced into The Bible with the King James translation. It's an Old English word "godspel" [which simply means "good news" or "glad tidings"].

"How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news [gospel], who proclaim Peace, who bring good tidings [gospel], who proclaim Salvation, who say to Zion, 'Your God reigns!'" (Isa.52:7 NIV)

"How, then, can they call on the One they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the One of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, 'How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news! [gospel]' (Rom.10:14-15 NIV)

The "gospel" [good news] is the "message" of the Bible. It's the future "good news" of the coming Governnment or Kingdom of God to this earth... that shall remove and replace all of man's godless, errant governments, that are designed and guided by man's god, Satan the Devil, whom he first obeyed and worshiped in the Garden of Eden near the beginning of his creation.

The "gospel" is the "good news" that Jesus Christ began to preach, right after He recovered from His near-death defeat of Satan in the famous [and mostly misunderstood] "temptation account" [Matt.and Luke chapters 4]. It wasn't until He defeated Satan, that His earthly ministry officially began:

"...He was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto Him. Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel [good news] of the Kingdom of God, and saying, The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel [good news]." (Mark 1:13-15)

Unfortunately for the modern Christian world... the Old English word "gospel" has come to take on a number of distracting meanings that have served to cloud the message of the Bible - the wonderfully fabulous news that the rule of this earth is going to [thankfully] be taken out of the hands of man - and his wicked god.

The first four books of the New Testament, for instance, have come to be called the "Gospels." Which means to most professing Christians... the four biblical accounts of the earthly ministry of Jesus Christ.

To others... "gospel" has come to mean "the Truth." They say things, like, "I'm speakin' gospel!" [I'm speaking good news?"]

Other folks like to listen to "gospel" music. [Good news music?]

And in the interim, the simple "good news" of the coming Kingdom of God about which Daniel preached... isn't preached in the world: the good news that Jesus Christ is going to take out man's governments [the absolute, best news anyone could imagine].

"...the saints of the Most High shall take the Kingdom, and possess the Kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever." (Dan.7:18)

"...he that overcometh, and keepeth My works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron..." (Rev.2:26-27).

"Then shall the King say unto them on His right hand, Come, ye blessed of My Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world..." (Matt.25:34).

The "gospel" [good news] message of the Bible -- the Kingdom of God -- isn't being preached in the world. Few modern professing Christians seem to know about it... much less, what it is. They're too busy thinking about "going to heaven"... and are hardly aware that Jesus is coming back at all.

Yet, Jesus tells us: "...this gospel [good news] of the Kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and THEN shall the end come." (Matt.24:14)

The nations of the world still don't know the Kingdom of God is coming to rule the world... because most of the professing Christian missionaries don't know it, either.

"How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!"

The name of Jesus Christ is "good news," to be sure. But, the way prophecy is shaping up -- it will ultimately be the Two Witnesses who will have to take the "good news" of God's Kingdom to "all the nations of the world" [in the end] during the Great Tribulation. As, the whole world will be forced to hang on their every word. The whole world will hate them, their plagues... and the "good news" that they'll preach.

"...I will give power unto My Two Witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days [3 1/2 years], clothed in sackcloth. And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devour their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed." (Rev.11:3-5)

The world doesn't see God's message as [gospel] "good news." Man's governments like wielding their power... and don't relish the idea of anyone taking it away from them. Therefore... the world hates God's gospel.

The "gospel" of Jesus Christ... the very message of the Bible... will never be willingly accepted by the nations of this world.

That's why Jesus will have to come back, personally, to make it happen -- by force.

"...the fourth Beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth... and the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise... but the Judgment shall sit, and they [the saints of God] shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end. And the Kingdom and Dominion, and the greatness of the Kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High, whose Kingdom is an everlasting Kingdom, and all dominions [nations] shall serve and obey Him." (Dan.7:23-27)

"...the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the Beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength [military and economic] unto the Beast. These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for He is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with Him are Called, and Chosen, and Faithfull." (Rev.17:12-14)

The "gospel" is an integral part of the Bible. It's the best news that God could possibly tell man. It's a message proclaiming the coming of Peace and Justice throughout the world... not by the hand of man... but through the careful planning, preparation and implementation of the Power of man's Creator.

"...The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of His Christ; and He shall reign for ever and ever." (Rev.11:15)

"...We give thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken unto thee THY GREAT POWER, and hast reigned. And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth." (Rev.11:17-18)

Although the world barely knows about God's "gospel" [good news]... the Truth is, that once it finally does hear it at the time of the end... they're going to hate it, anyway. Men have always wanted "peace" throughout their generations -- but they don't know how to achieve it.

Only God's "gospel" [good news]... the establishment of His Kingdom on earth... will bring about global Peace.

"...the Government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, The PRINCE OF PEACE. Of the increase of His Government and PEACE there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon His Kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with Judgment and with Justice from henceforth evern for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this." (Isa.9:6-7)

The Bible is filled with God's "gospel" [good news]. It's the message it has conveyed this whole time.

It's just that man and his governments don't want anyone interfering in their affairs. They like their power... and don't want to give it up.

God says the Bible is [gospel] "good news"... but man doesn't think so -- nor doesn he want to think about it.
