Kidney stones, go see a doctor.
but also can be a fake-pain which means u might have lifted heavy stuff or did something that effected your nerves around your back. especially if the pain is on your left side, it might be a fake one. Many people go doctor and not all of them needs a treatment.
so first think how can u know that pain is exactly caused by kidney ? better to see a doctor. but dont worry it may be nothing like a stone an hopefully not.
You may be simply not be drinking enough water, consuming to much salty foods, sodas, other surgery food or beverages, and Alcoholic Beverages. However if u cut down on these and drink more watter this should eventually go away over time there are also some teas u can drink to speed up the process. If you think that u do not think this is the problem or these solutions don't work You should consult a doctor immediately. You could have the beggings of kidney failuer or kidney stones to name a few. (Water will still help with kidney stones, but consult a doctor it could be more seriouse case that may require surgery just to be safe)
