The cell wall is so that the plant can have some organizational structure. Plants don't have a skeleton so it needs something rigid to stand upright. The cell walls of all the cells together form a structure.

Nucleus is a feature of almost all living cells - to have the genetic material.

Plants also have choloroplast so that they can carry out photosynthesis.
