The water spray moving through the air causes the air to move along with it. As the air and spray moves between your body and the curtain it needs to move faster because your body narrows its path. For the water and air to move faster, it must lose pressure. The pressure of the air on the other side of the curtain is unchanged so it pushes the curtain towards you. Try this: Take a piece of paper (to represent the curtain) and hold it near a wall or a cup (to represent you). Now, with a straw, blow through the gap between "you" and the "curtain". You'll see the same effect.
