Without any key ignition turned on, the problem is most likely the door switch - the one that is a small plunger and turns the interior lights on and off. It may be loose and fooling the lights into thinking that the door is open. Problem is most likely with the driver's side door too - the other one is used less often normally! Surely you have checked for a loose wire connecting that switch to ground - this would do the same thing. Good luck!
