He's testing you to see how far he can go. If you keep allowing this to happen you are going to lose all his respect (if you haven't already). How you handle this is totally up to you. If it were me, I would give him the shove off until he had proven that he wanted to be with me and not someone else. If he doesn't come to his senses and straighten up, well, you're better off without him. He's an inconsiderate oaf and you can certainly do much better.

It could be for many reasons, but lets break down the obvious:
* He's busy and can't talk on the phone * He's getting busy with another girl and can't talk on the phone * He's pretending to be busy so he can't talk on the phone * He doesn't know how to answer a phone properly * He's ignoring you * He's sick of you being so clingy and calling him a million times a day
I think you need to start spying on him secretly. Go through his emails, Myspace, Facebook, his bedroom, his car, his mail, his clothes, his text messages and contacts in his phone - start scrutinising absolutely everything you can.
If he's cheating, get him back by hooking up with his best friend and letting him hear about it through someone else.
