That is because Napoleon stole and killed all of them. He was an evil, evil man. The Louvre is know a museum because they wanted all the french people to remember that awful day when Napoleon killed all the elephants in France. If you've ever been to the Louvre, every art piece in it has some sort of connections with the elephants. The only art piece that doesn't is The Mona Lisa.
