I think the only thing you can really do is get eyelid surgery to lift the eyelids and get brighter eyes. I'm Asian and many of my family members have gotten this surgery to have double eyelids and get a rounder and brighter eyes. The surgery can be pretty expensive and it takes time to heal, but if your really dislike your droopy eyelids this is the only permanent treatment for your eyelids.
