It seems as if they don't that much help anymore because the kids are getting more grown up and easier to take care of. I think they will be in the show later in the year. Maybe Jon and Kate miss them too much to send them to relatives and friends. Or maybe they just do not need that much help anymore.

The network wanted to pay them for having cameras in their house and participating in the show. Kate had a fit and said nobody would make money off her kids but her.
Beth has her own life and pursuits, and they haven't included spending time with Gosselins.
It has been reported that Kate had Beth Carson booted from the show because she wanted a salary. Although, the same has been reported by Aunt Jodi.
Whatever the reason she is no longer on the show, she did write the best-selling book "Multiple Blessings" so it's possible she actually is busy as a writer.
Cause Kate was verbally abusive to her too and she like Jon had enough and moved on to find someone that really appreciate her@
