Why love at all when hurts so much?

That is a very good question, and many people say after they have broken up with someone that they will never love any one else again. In some cases, this can be true, depending on the type of relationship and the circumstances of the break up (for example: did the other half die suddenly, or did they have a big argument and break up?)

However, many people would say that love is a human instinct. People can't help loving other people. It can differ from person to person how much they let themselves love someone, but most people would say that every human being needs love to help them through life.


Some people have built up such a wall around them that they are afraid to let themselves fall in love with someone. This might be because of past experience, therefore they are scared of rejection.


However, i think that while someone is in love, it can be the happiest time of their life. Even if it ends badly, it helps people learn how to be in a loving relationship and what not to do in a relationship. It is one of the important things that almost every person goes through in their life, and I think it is also an important thing to go through being in love and learning from it.
