The reason it won't play is because the audio is not compatible with the Windows Movie Maker program. Convert your Tocco video to one of the following file name extensions (formats):
.asf, .avi, dvr-ms, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, .wmv
