Only God knows this for sure, but The Bible indicates that He will. See the below citations from the Bible (NIV).

It is NOT important to be blessed by the rabbi when recognizing a child who has become a bar mitzvah. There is no such requirement. When it does happen, the Rabbi isn't actually blessing the child. The Rabbi is blessing God for the child, or asking God to bless the child. But this is not specifically done for a bar mitzvah. In Judaism, a rabbi is not a priest, and cannot bless objects or people. The concept of blessing in Judaism is more of a thanking. We bless God and we ask God to bless us. It is nothing like the Catholic concept of transubstantiation.
In any religion, the god will give directions for this action. In Judaism and Christianity, the directions are the same and they are given in Numbers 6:22-27.Notice in this book, the priest Aaron or his sons are to give the blessing, and after the blessing God will bless the people. In Christianity, they are told that they are priests, so this blessing can be given by any of the Christians. So by this reasoning, this particular blessing is God's promise to bless those whom He calls His Own, if this blessing is said over these people.
Literally 'Blessing with-you' (plural) meaning 'God bless'.
A spiritual blessing is when you pray to god, and not only gods, but the spirits bless the person who prays. It actually depends on the religion. One may pray to the spirit of their ancestors and the spirit or spirits bless that person.
