According to the standard Christian theology, no, he will not. And the bottom line is that it is not up to individuals whether they are saved or not. The deity has decided to whom he will give saving faith, and the decision was made in infinite ages past. It is not made based on merit, or even on desire. When in a fallen state, no individual can do anything to cause the deity to give saving faith.
It seems unfair, but the theology teaches that since all are depraved and lost in sin, the withholding of saving faith is a matter of justice; no one will get any worse than what is deserved. The giving of faith, which cannot be resisted, is the 'mercy' side of the theology. The down side is that no one really and truly can know with certainty that they have received the faith that saves until death. It is decided, non-negotiable, and not changeable. See discussion.
he will when the time comes,
God knew that the plan to save everyone from sin was completed
He wanted to save those who were innocent, the Command was to build an Ark, save himself, his family and the world's animals
God loved everyone, even the sinners. Jesus came to earth to save everyone who accepted Him, not just the inner members of society.
Our Blessed Lord came to save everyone from the hell that we deserve on account of our sins. He did not just come for the Jews, but since they were God's chosen people, He started with them, afterall, "salvation is from the Jews."
