There's still nothing that indicates that he will, but neither that he won't. She confessed her love and a hell broke lose ( the Kyuubi got free, almost at least ). As we all know Naruto is in love with Sakura who confesses her ''love'' to him, though she's only doing it to get him to stop looking for Sasuke. So back to the main question, I don't think that they will happen, but I think that they will still be friends.
