The Canon Powershot A530 has a 5.00 megapixel camera, 4.00x zoom and 1/2.5 size sensor. It also has a max aperture of 2.6 and ISO of 80-800. It also has a tripod mount.

There are many places that a person can find a review on the Canon Powershot A530. This includes places such as CNET as well as from Canon themselves.

First of all, It depends on the model of your Canon Powershot camera. On a powershot A530, you simply press the upper left circle (on the back of your camera, then it asks you if you are sure you want to erase, or if you should decide not to, and to answer erase, use the left cursor on the big circle, and hit the button inside the big wheel (set) then that picture is erased. Hope I asnwered your question!
I'm not sure why you'd want to turn it off if that's what your asking. The purpose of the warning image, is to let you know that the picture you're about to take will probably be blurry. The real solution to your problem is to try and steady the camera with a tripod, or a mono pole.
yes
For me canon is always a better buy. On Feb 2008 I had a tour in the Himalayas (Shikim) with my Powershot A530 along with a friend with his Sony Cybershot. Both of us tried each other's camera. And what I found the CANON allows much more controls on the shots than SONY offers. See the results here <The pics are in reverse order> For Canon http://s128.photobucket.com/albums/p183/home_me/Gantok_Lachun_Yumthang/MukulCam/ For Sony http://s128.photobucket.com/albums/p183/home_me/Gantok_Lachun_Yumthang/AnimeshCam/ for Canon the best digital camera is CANON SX100 I, personally like the newest canon digital cameras
