No-I have been taking phenytoin for over 20 yrs and I am also on federal parole. i have been taking random drug tests for the last 2 yrs and I have not tested positive for anything illegal.
No phenobarbital will though. I have been taking phenytoin for over 20 yrs and I have been on probation for the last 2 yrs and it has not come up. I take drug tests on a monthly basis.
I've been taking phenytoin for 30 years, and I haven't experienced (or heard of) that side-effect. People are affected diferently though.
Technically, yes. After a few days or a week though it's pretty unlikely.
I don't live in washington though I've heard its nothing of the sercumstance because its a medicine though going outside your legal guidelines will put you at risk of arrest and essentially prosecution. Best to look into up to date laws in your state. They all change day to day.
it can depending on what caused the swelling, if it is swelling because of a bacteria infection and the bacteria are Gram-positive (meaning they have a peptidoglycan cell wall) then yes it can reduce swelling. This is because marijuana is an anti bacterial only against Gram-positvie though.

Yes Taste buds can burst, They call these Bursted taste buds and in time it will heal I am not positive if there is medicine for it to heal faster though.
