What would you like to do?
Answer . I am assuming you mean for a wheel. You take the wheel off and the caliper and then finally the brake disc. pound out the busted stud through the other side. Be c…arefull not to hit the wheel bearing. insert the new stud and then using a huge C- clamp, tighten it into postion. Get a Chilton or Haynes manual for like 15 bucks, they tell how to do this and a whole lot more.
Answer Yes, it will fit and mount up just fine. But you will have to make sure the front differential gear ratio matches that of your rear differentia…l. Or what you could do is swap the transmission from the Forester along with the rear differential from the Forester
The first thing I'd recommend is to check the transmission fluid level to make sure it isn't OVER FULL. My son, bless his heart, was using my 2005 Sebring, and checked t…he transmission fluid, without the motor running with the car in Park. He saw that the fluid level was low and put more fluid in it. However, to properly check the transmission fluid level, on an automatic, the car has to be running and in Park. This way, will raise the fluid level on the stick to the correct reading. When my son put the extra fluid in it, now my level reads way too full when running. I have to drain it out, cause it leaks out all over the place when the car is parked in the driveway. Just a thought that might save you a very expensive trip to the mechanic. If you take it into a shop, no matter what the problem, they'll be sure to "find" all sorts of scarey things wrong with your transmission. The Chrysler dealer here did mine and told me my transmission was shot and only had about 5,000 miles left on it at the most. I checked the fluid the right way myself and have over 25,000 on the "shot transmission" and still running strong.
No, they are completely different.
It is inside the transmission pan on the bottom of thetransmission.
It is the thing bolted to the driver side of the engine.
It is on the bottom of the trans.
The alternator is driven by the serpentine belt. Follow the belt around the engine and you will find the alternator.
You remove the pan on the bottom to drain. You remove the pan on the bottom to drain.
Unfortunately they will not. The wheel hub bolts on the sebring are closer than that of the 300. I know this because I literally was in the same situation 5 minutes ago. They …would have looked great, but when I tried to put the 300 rim on the wheel hub, the holes were just too far apart.
They do use the same "dealer only" special tool dipstick. They do use the same "dealer only" special tool dipstick.
It is called a 41 TE
Yes it will fit but you will have to have a driveshaft made for it because the transfur case will not work on a 2-wheel drive transmission. 2-wheel and 4-wheel drive transmiss…ions will NOT interchange
