Possibly, but your biggest stumbling block may be when you try to enroll in your new school. They will want ALL kinds of information from you (e.g.: parents/guardians names for emergency notifications - transcripts from your former school system - records of your legally required shots and immunizations - proof that you legally reside within their school district - etc -etc). ALSO - if you are a minor - no medical professional will legally treat you without parental permission or a signed waiver.
Honestly I don't exactly know. I just wanted to help you on the subject. I don't believe you can WITHOUT getting caught. Because you have to give the school your social security number. And if your parents were looking for you then they would be able to figure out where you are by searching for you in schools. Thus enabling them to find you due to you giving the school your Social Security Number. If that made any sense :).
If the school is your employer, and they are taking out Social Security taxes from your pay check then, yes they need your social security.

Georgia has nothing to do with it, Social Security is Federal. I believe you can collect until 21 or 24 as long as you are in school. You can call Social Security and ask. There will be a phone number listed in the phone book or you can ask online.
I'm not sure; there is no school named stanfard. However, Stanford is an excellent school for a doctor.
