Absolutely - even if you only have mild swelling, you could have a contusion under the skin or damaged something under the skull cap. You should really get a doctor to look at it and take a picture just to be sure. Head injuries aren't something to take lightly, no matter well you might seem right now. When things go wrong, they go wrong quickly, and usually too fast to do anything about it.
