If you are just buying speakers then they do not connect directly to a mains supply. Therefore, as long as they are connected to an amplifier with a suitable speaker output, they will work with no problem.

On the other hand, if the speakers have an amplifier built in and are connected to the mains supply, they are unlikely to work on a 230V European supply if they are rated for a 110V supply. There are some exceptions to this such as multi voltage power supplies for example. If you are not 100% sure, assume that they will not work and avoid damage and personal injury.

Is 250 volt compatible in Europe?

Yes, because the European nominal voltage of 230 V is allowed to vary between +10% and -6%, which means it can be as high as 253 V.

How can you get 12volts supply from speaker?

You can not. Speakers do not supply a voltage they need a voltage to operate correctly.

How can I find out what adapters I need for my speakers?

What is important is that the voltage written on your speakers matches the voltage of the power supply. If you check the manufacturers site or return to the store where you purchased them I am sure they can advise you on the right adapter.

My speakers are 300w peak power with 8 ohm what amp is compatible?

There is no power amplifier with 8 Ohms output impedance. Therefore the usual impedance of this amp is arround 0.1 ohms which is good for bridging your 8 Ohm speakers. Scroll down to related links and look at "Interconnection of two units - Voltage Bridging - Zout < Zin".
