Find a new outlet for the anger if you can. It would be a good idea to get counselling and to possibly join some clubs such as Martial Arts. This will get the anger out of you in a controlled fashion. For every day you don't cut, be proud of yourself, think of this whenever you think of hurting yourself. Imagine thinking... I havn't cut myself for 6 months, yet I want to, why give in to temptation now?
Cutting is an addiction, and you need to find somewhere else to project your feelings, take it one day at a time and you can beat this!
