I think that it is unlikely that you injured some nerves in your head by going on a ride at 6 flags. They symptom of "weird feelings" is very vague and hard to diagnose. Unless you can describe your problem more specifically, I doubt that anything can be done about it, other than avoiding amusement parks in the future.
