Oh Yeah
Yes.
Its less than 20mph over so its not reckless driving. I am guessing you could.
SURE...you can go to traffic school as long as it has been at least 18 months since you have attended the last one.
California has strict traffic laws when it comes to speeding. When caught doing 107 in a 65 mph zone, the price of the ticket is ten dollars per mile over the speed limit. This does not include the points off of the drivers license, nor the raise in the cost of insurance.
$208 I was given a ticket for going 80mph in a 70mph zone. The ticket cost $127 + traffic school.
How can a truck driver get by doing that? Simply by not getting caught, finding out where the police are, and being very careful about how it's entered on their logbook. Woe to them if they do get caught, though..
The ticket to my knowledge will be about $429.00, (IIRC it's $13/mile) plus traffic school fees. You can go to traffic school if you havent gone for a previous ticket in the past 18 months.
when i was caught doing 85 on a 65 my ticket was 575.00 dollars
It is about 40 miles or 65 kilometres, so in good traffic you could do it in about 50 minutes. It is about 40 miles or 65 kilometres, so in good traffic you could do it in about 50 minutes. It is about 40 miles or 65 kilometres, so in good traffic you could do it in about 50 minutes. It is about 40 miles or 65 kilometres, so in good traffic you could do it in about 50 minutes. It is about 40 miles or 65 kilometres, so in good traffic you could do it in about 50 minutes. It is about 40 miles or 65 kilometres, so in good traffic you could do it in about 50 minutes. It is about 40 miles or 65 kilometres, so in good traffic you could do it in about 50 minutes.
i was caught doing 93 in a 55, i think the speeding part of the offense was around 350-400.
The ticket ended up to be $215.70. I am able to go to traffic school. Basically for santa Barbara county, if you havn't received a ticket in the past 18 months and you were not 26mph, you can go to traffic school.
The bail amount on the ticket will be between $150-$200. And YES you can go to traffic school. Which is a good idea so your insurance wont be effected.
