Get loud alarm clocks. Put them out of reach from the bed so that you have to get up to turn them off.

Buy a timer, hook it up to a strong lamp. Set the timer to turn the light on when it's time to get up.

Get an old cassette player, with real mechanical buttons. Hook it to the same timer as the lamp, and set it on play. It'll go on when the lamp does.

If you're a coffe drinker - get another timer, and hook it up to the coffe machine. Before going to bed, load up the coffee maker. Set this timer a little earlier than the lamp timer. Wake to the smell of fresh coffee.

Try shifting your alarm time around a little. There are different sleep cycles, and getting up thile you are in a "deep" cycle is harder than when you are in a "shallow" cycle. 15-20 minute earlier might work better for you.

And hardest of all - go to bed earlier.
