it only means that your dogs nose has lost its pigment in it and this makes it pink. if you would like it back to black then if ur dog eats out of a metal bowl then change it to a plastic one. also, feeding it crushed zing tablets mixed up in it food and give it vitamins which helps and you could also give it fish if you dont already but make sure it is NOT in brine.

∙ 15y agoAll dogs have black noses, but some have pink patches on them. I am not too sure whether it is normal or whether there is a health issue, but you may need to seek veterinary attention, my dog's nose doesn't do this or it may just be the breed.
