If I understand this correctly though, you have an ex-boyfriend, who "says" he still has feelings for you, even though he treats you badly for someone else?
I would have to say that any guy that can simply say he still has feelings for you to your face just doesn't have the balls to let you know how he really feels. I don't want to make you the criminal here, but with past experiences girls have a very hard time letting go. This is a classic case where you just need to get out. If he treats you in a way that you don't deserve, why are you waiting for him to change? You've probably heard this numerous times but there are other, better people out there that WILL treat you how you deserve to be treated.
And again not to make you the criminal, but do you have mistakes of your own? Do you mis-treat him without knowing it?
