Your ex has a new girlfriend who is trying to stop him from seeing your kids and is telling him they are not his kids you cant even ring so your kids can talk to their dad because she gets abusive?

* Put the blame where it belongs ... on your ex! He's old enough to stand on his own two feet and see his children anytime he feels like it, but it's obvious he wants to leave his responsibilities behind. Your ex is getting away without paying you child support and you should seek help through Child Aid or the court system to get that child support. Consider yourself lucky that you are not with your ex any longer. As cruel as it may seem in regards to your children not talking to their father it may be the best thing for them as it's obvious their father has no backbone and is willing to listen to the girlfriend he is with instead of fighting for the rights of his children. Not father material at all. Perhaps once in court he may be singing a different tune. One thing on your side is the fact that your ex doesn't seem to stand up for what is right and drifts through life so it won't be too long before he leaves this girlfriend as well. Your ex needs to stand up for himself. If she's trying to prevent him from seeing your kids, that's just wrong. I'd say you should take it to court.
