I would be very careful if I were you, especially if she's really talking to him all day everyday.
She clearly had feelings for the guy at some stage since she used to go out with him, and those are feelings that can be hard to get rid of sometimes, depending on how strong they were.
The rest depends on how your own relationship with her is. Is she treating you well, showing she cares about you, or are you feeling neglected? If you feel your own relationship is still strong then perhaps her ex's attempts to get her back will fail.
