wrap the feet with medical tape. the tape should be soft and not sticky or u can cut up a ace bandage wrap that is what i use but make sure it is not wrapped tight it needs to stay on but not to tight:)

I presume you mean 'infected', as in, the wound made turns nasty! First, take your dog to the vet and have him check your dog properly. He will part the fur to see if your dog is wounded in any way, and check to see if there are any puncture or tear wounds from the other dog's teeth. Chances are, he will clean the dog's wounds if any, and give the dog an injection of anti-biotics in his scruff. If for any reason you cannot get to a vet quickly, wash your dog's wound with warm salty water (gently - it will sting) and make sure the whole of his hind quarters are clean. Then take him to the vet's as soon as possible.
