That's difficult to answer. First, you need to find out if it's the fuse and if so, WHY did the fuse blow. Auto manufacturers have different ways to protect those electrical circuits. Some use fuses, others use breakers. Your best bet is to track the electrical circuits to see where things AREN'Tworking.
Start at the headlight switch. Make certain you have power to the circuit that goes IN to the switch, and that you have power OUT when you turn on the switch. Follow it down to the high beam switch, through to connectors...
Since vehicle manufacturers have different ideas of what's best wiring practices, you'll need to find an electrical diagram for your vehicle.
Vehicle manufacturers will often change from one model to another and even from one year to another.
You will need to find out why it stopped
If all of them stopped working at once, it could be a fuse. Find the Fuse box and test the one that connects to your dash. if the fuse is bad, replace it.
if the indicator clicks very rapidly it means one part of your indicators isn't working ...... usually broken bulb - put on your hazzard lights and walk round the car to find which bulb it is then replace it ..... it will most commonly be a side repeater

Some car will keep headlights for some time after the engine was stopped. I guess it was done so you can find the door to your house. If the lights do not go off at all, it means that the daytime running relay is not working and most likely has to be replaced.
If a pace maker stopped working, The only way to find out is if an autopsy was performed.
Probably a blown fuse. What you need to find out is why the fuse blew.
The most likely reason why the interior lights of a vehicle are not working is because a fuse has blown. That is especially true if all of them are not working. Get out your owners manual. See where the fuse box is located. Find the particular fuse, and replace it.
