What if the iPod is hang what will you do?

I'm assuming by hang you mean that your iPod is frozen and isn't responding to clickwheel or button clicks. If so, you need to restart your iPod. Most iPods restart in similar ways, but the exact method you need to use will depend on which iPod you have.
