what state you living in? because i know that when your child turns 18 you shouldn't have to pay child support. that should still stand even if she has a baby. it should be the father of her baby that should be paying child support not you.
New York
Yes, as well as it can be increased to cover additional medical costs. Depending on the state, it runs from age 18 to age 23. New York is age 21.
see links below
Doesnt the father of the baby pay child support. I,d hope your not the father of your daughters baby... the baby's daddy was 50% responsible for making the baby, shouldn't he be 50% responsible for taking care of it . and besides, after ur kid is 18, they make their own decissions- its not ur fault she got knocked up! :p
That depends on the original order of child support. If the order was to pay child support on her until age 18, then her being pregnant does not mean you have to continue paying child support. But if it said you had to pay as long as she was in high school, college, or until a certain age, then you still have to pay as long as she meets any of these conditions. But in either case, you are not legally responsible for the support of her baby.
YES... you must pay child support for your child till the age of 18 or 23 if he/she is in collage in the USA...
against whom?

yes
In general, child support is a percentage of the obligor's net income. Whether or not the other parent/child receives public assistance is not relevant to this calculation. If the amount of support received is less than the public assistance grant, the State will retain the child support as reimbursement. If support exceeds the grant, the grant will be discontinued and the support will be forwarded to the other parent.
yup

Yes, but to the government, not the mother. see link
You are still responsible for supporting your child until she reaches 18, or in some atates, if she has a child, 16 or 17. You are NOT, however responsible for supporting her child. She can apply for assistance.
The daughter being pregnant does not eliminate the responsiblity of a parent to support their child until they reach the age of majority.
If she is married, no. If she is unmarried, yes.
