Just look for the large gorilla positioned at the entrance. Before heading to the beach stop by the 17th Street Surf Shop. The shop is legendary and offers beach gear and souvenirs. If you find a piece of gum wrapper on the beach, it might belong to Gary Duschle. He holds the world's record for a gum wrapper chain at 8.13 miles.

Golfers who head to Virginia Beach actually have three options for their links action. The purist can pack up the golf bag and head out to the actual course to spend time in the sun. The miniature golf course is for all ages and is highly recommended. For people wanting to golf without the exercise, King Neptune's 3-D golf is the place to play.

Because of the area's popularity, the night life may be a bit hectic. When looking for a place to unwind, head to the Hilltop shopping area. Two places that offer great food, menu choices and fantastic service are the No Frill Bar and Grill and Nat's Sports Bar. The meal and libations are excellent as you recall a fun-filled and exciting trip.
