This is the Take off run available (TORA) which is the physical amount of distance on the ground for the aircraft to travel on and lift off, plus a clearway if there is one. A clearway is an area of an elevation of 1.25% gradient after take off in which there are no obstructions, which are masts etc. This is the TODA or Take off distance available. If there is no clearway then TODA will be the same as TORA.
