Diaphyseal face, is the opposite of the Epiphyseal face and it is when the bones stops growing, cells starts to mature and degenerate.

Diaphysis means the shaft of a long bone.

Thus, it would probably be: diaphyseal arteries and veins

Any kind of fracture that is possible to be imagined, from a greenstick incomplete nondislocated fracture to a comminuted open severely displaced fracture. The more common fractures are mid-diaphyseal (mid-shaft) fracture of the femur and the tibia, both open and closed, often displaced due to muscular contraction in reponse to trauma.

So they are growing on the ends side and in the middle side of the Epiphyseal line they are dying and form bone.
