Hi I was looking for an answer to this also.. In 05 I had my
first ectopic everything happened so fast I was pregnant 1 day and
the next day they were flying me in the ambulance to get surgery
where 1 tube was removed. In May of this year I had the same pains
my DR said it was a cyst and when I came out of surgery I had no
idea what happened till 3 days later when I was checking out they
told me they took out my 2nd fallopian tube.. I've been depressed
ever since not wanting to talk to anyone much. I've been trying to
find out about not having any tubes and so far I've only heard or
read that we must go through invitro or something. Do you still get
your period? please let me know what you find out yourvbunnie at
yahoo is my email.

The only thing I can suggest is to get your opperative report.
This is a long shot, but although they removed your fallopian tubes
they may have left some part of it. I had one removed due to
ectopic pregnancy and there was enough tube left that the doctor
went back in a put a clip on it because when I did a dye test dye
was still flowing out of it. If there is even 2 to 3 inches left of
healthy tube you can look into tubal reversal. Like I said this is
a long shot and chances of an ectopic after this I assume are high
but its worth checking into or you can do IVF.
