Yes. Research shows that cocaine can be detected in hair folicles for up to 3 months after last use.

Zits that appear as white bumps are called whiteheads or closed comedones. This is due to the accumulation of excessive oil in the follicule, narrowing and plugging the pores. And also the clumping of keratin or dead skin cells and oil, adding to the plugging. The oil -sebum- ferries dead skin cells along the follicule and through the opening, however the exit of oil and dead skin cells, is impeded by the clumping of skin cells and oil. The zits that appear white with fluids are pustules, develop when the bacteria, P.acnes , is lured in the follicule and serve on the oil to grow. The bacteria produce irritating enzymes, and free fatty acids. At this point, in the follicule , all the contents are causing pressure, and as a result, the wall ruptures, spilling all the irritating fatty acids, and contents on the skin. The body responds to the irritation by sending white blood cells in order to clean up the situation, however it overdoes it, and the result is inflammatory lesions, such as zits filled with white pus, which is white blood cells.

And squeezing is one of the worsening factors that worsens acne rather than improving them. Picking and squeezing them causes the pus in the zits, to burst inwards rather than outwards, may even risk in scarring. Hope this helps.
