After 3 months with no menstration you are more than likely pregnant. However to be on the safe side you should make an appointment with an Ob/Gyn to be sure, also there are medical conditions that could also cause no cycle as well as having to much stress can cause the same problems as pregnancy such as fatique and nausea that may mimic pregnancy symptoms.

Up to a weeks variation from your average menstrual cycle is normal. If your period is late then it may simply be a result of stress or ill-health, the odd late period is nothing to worry about. If you're sexually active then take a pregnancy test as this is a possibility.
