Sulfuratos literally means 'containing sulphur', but can also be used to describe the element's familiar yellow colour.

As far as I can see, Ramphastos simply translates to Toucan. There's no deeper origin word, it's just like how 'homo' means 'man' and 'canis' means 'dog', 'Ramphastos' means 'toucan', it's not a compound word nor does it have any other translation.
