dont retwist dreads
unless they are very new and not holding together.
if that is the case , twist them with your fingers (very easy)
once they are dreads..don't twist
over twisting can cause dreads to be twisted right off

Well the only way to do that is that you have to make a scub cap and sleep on the back, push on the top, and lay on both sides then retwist downwared
