Good question (pardoning the grammar). Actually, the electron is one of those mysterious "particles" that, according to my readings, has no structure; it is a dimension-less point charge. If anyone has information to the contrary, I would like to hear it. Thanks.
I agree with the last poster. There is no structure, but there is a configuration of electrons in the element table and how they are related.
