Teff is a tiny grain that's the staple crop of Ethiopia. 150 grains of teff fit into a single wheat kernel. There are over 1,000,000 seeds in one pound of teff. It comes in two varieties - white and red. Most of the teff grown in the US is marketed through the Idaho based Teff Company.
