No, I don't think a game like that will ever come out.
Spider-man is too quick and agile a character to be simulated by
legos.
The style of the lego games do not permit the quick webslinging
and fighting we see in Spider-man videogames.
Lego games mostly portray people who stand or walk to do their
actions, with little added freedom such as Batman using his
grappling hook or Yoda's primary movement being hopping instead of
walking, or Indiana Jones' use of his whip to traverse gaps. These
occurrences are very infrequent compared to the other actions in
the game and a Spider-man game would stray from it too much,
especially with the diversity of the super-powered characters from
the Marvel series Spider-man is closely associated to in his own
series.
In addition to that, a Spider-man game is nearly released once
per year now (and it's not getting any better trust me).
Lego games are mostly fan services involving exploration and
lego block collection while going through the story of the recent
movies made for the portrayed heroes.
