why is my home page on facebook not connecting my internet is on i rebooted my computer but my profile page is not coming up i can play cafe world but i cant see my home page or profile page

Any website that you visit on the internet is a web page "A page on the internet/web". It relates to ICT as a computer programming language is required to create on of these pages.

Assuming you have Internet Security software on your computer you could most likely disable this from Showing up or reducing the Security level if you think its to High but you be the judge of that.

You can copy the link to put on a page to click and to bring it up during a presentation, otherwise, just highlight everything on the page, click copy, and paste on the thing you want.

Your web browser must have this site as its home page, just change the home page and see if that works. If this site isn't a home page, delete all cookies etc and try again.
