If your girlfriend is a minor (under the age of 18) then you can't consider her weak as far as her family goes and she lives under the rules of their home. Don't mistake kindness for weakness as far as how your girlfriend is with her friends. If you really love each other then you should work together on it. A recommendation: The movie 'Notebook' about two young people in love; one from a wealthy home and a young man that has very little and their personalities; likes and dislikes are the opposite of each other. There are lessons to be learned in this movie. You and your girlfriend should watch it. A couple is never too young to learn 'communication skills' and both of you need to talk out your problems. Beware, if you are also young then you are not able to provide for your girlfriend and she has to follow the rules of her parent's home. Be patient; be smart. Loving someone means seeing the good in the person and not trying to change them completely.
