Biography

A New York native who has worked on such Spike Lee productions as Do the Right Thing (1989) and Mo' Better Blues (1990), Abdul Malik Abbot moved to editing and directing in the latter 1990s, gaining increased notoriety through his music video work with such artists as Will Smith and Jay-Z.
